Mr. Dennis Haanyika
is a seasoned humant resource practitioner with three decades of experience. Until recently, he was Director Coporate Support Services at Zambia Development Agency. His previous roles include Head Human Resources at National Milling Company, Chief Human Resource Officer at Zambia State Lotteries Board, Head of Human Resources at Konkola Copper Mines Plc and Manager Employee Services at Zambia Sugar. He is currently Chief Operations Officer for Puku Solutions. Dennis is a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the University of Zambia, a postgraduate Diploma in Business Practice from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administratiors in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Chilao Mutesa
is an Honorary Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. He has more than two decades of local and international human resource experince in human resource planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, contracts, immigration, benefits and payroll administration and human resource auditing. Chilao previously worked as Human Resource Manager for FINCA Zambia, Human Resource Projects Coordinator for First Quantum Mining and Operations, Academic Dean at Northrise University in Ndola, Director Human Resources at Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited and Head of Management Development at Konkola Copper Mines Plc. Chilao has a PhD in Management Education from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, Masters of Business Administration and Diploma in Management Studies from Hull University and Certificate in Labor Law from the University of Cape Town and is a certified Human Resource Data Analyst with AIHR in the Netherlands. He has presented at various local and international conferences on employee relations, performance management and the future of work.
Margaret Tshuma
Margaret Tshuma is an experienced professional who excels in managing sales and systems support for a top HR software company focused on payroll and statutory returns. Elisabeth Soko
s a seasoned consultant and Director in Puku Solutions. She has a rich blend of experience in data analytics, corporate compliance, and project management. Diverse educational background with a Master's in Business Administration focused on Finance, and a Bachelor's in Agriculture Sciences emphasizing Agricultural Economics. She has expertise in HR auditing, job evaluation, compliance reviews, and payroll outsourcing. Her other areas of proficiency include data interpretation, client inspection, and ensuring adherence to the provisions of regulatory bodies, specifically the NPS Act. Elizabeth's is proficiencient in gathering, interpreting, and presenting complex data sets and has successfully combined her analytical acumen with a keen understanding of various industries, ensuring actionable insights and informed decision-making for clients of Puku Solutions.
Mr. Cornelius Munukayumbwa
is a Zambian with fourteen years work experience in Information and Communication Technology with specialization in building Information and Communication solutions for businesses at enterprise level. He has worked in consultancy, telecommunications, quasi government, banking and civil service sectors. Mr. Munukayumbwa is currently heading the Applications Development and Enterprise Architecture function at a leading commercial bank. In this role, he has overseen the setup of the in-house application development function as well as the Enterprise Architecture function. Mr. Munukayumbwa holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Zambia and various other ICT certifications
